Hoons, Burnouts and Street racing

If you have a complaint regarding noise created by:
  1. Hoons;
  2. Burnouts; and/or
  3. Street racing,
you should contact the Queensland Police.

The Queensland Police has created a hotline dedicated to complaints regarding hoons, burnouts and street racing.  You can call the Hoon Hotline on 13 HOON (13 46 66).

In addition, you can make a complaint online using a form available at the Queensland Police website.

If possible, when making a complaint you should have details of:
  1. The type of vehicle and its visual description;
  2. The type of hooning activity;
  3. The registration plates of the vehicle; and
The date, time and location of the hooning activity.
